This session is designed to introduce new paddlers to the exciting world of dragon boating, offering essential paddling techniques and a foundational understanding of the dynamics involved in this amazing sport. It will aim to build confidence, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of what makes dragon boating such an incredible experience.
